   We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the mail carrier. Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping provider. If you encounter an issue with delivery, please contact the mail carrier directly and complete any necessary steps with them before reaching out to us.
2. Return Requirements
   To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition—unwashed, unused, and in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
   Refunds will only be issued after the product has been returned to us and verified to meet the return conditions stated above. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that are still in transit or have not been verified by our team upon return.
